HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Early Bird Scheme is available across all our properties that are yet to be released for sale. To guarantee your dream home, simply put down a fully refundable deposit, complete a quick and easy Early Bird Reservation form and then relax. When the property is released for sale, you’ll have first refusal. If for any reason you cannot proceed with the purchase, we’ll return your deposit, no questions asked.

WHAT NEXT?

Once you’ve found the home of your dreams, book an appointment with one of our sales consultants about our Early Bird Scheme. Before someone else does. Qualifying criteria will apply before an Early Bird reservation can be taken. Please ask your Sales Consultant for further details.
